Flexible Packages and Creative Options to Bring Your Vision to Life

We have experience with birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, anniversary parties, quinceaneras, fundraisers, family reunions, bar mitzvahs and bat mitzvahs, celebrations of life, and just about anything else you could think of.  We have flexible rental options depending on how much of the planning you’d like to take on.

On average, our party rentals add on 3 of our additional services and spend approximately $7,000.  We’ve had people bring out bounce houses, mechanical bulls, petting zoos, a dog speed track, casino tables, and more, so don’t hesitate to ask if you’ve got a unique idea in mind for your party! 

Party Package - Venue Only

  • Exclusive access to 10-acre property including 3,000 sqft Lone Star Hall (existing barn) or 6,000 sqft San Jacinto Hall (new building), several unique outdoor locations (palapa on the island, gazebo, Old Western Town, outdoor bar pavilion), and stocked 2-acre pond

  • 8-hour rental: 2 hours to decorate, 5 hours of party time, and 1 hour to pack up

  • Tables (60″ round or 6′ rectangular) and chairs (white resin for outdoor events and brown wooden for indoor events)

  • Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and anything else we provide

  • Staff member(s) on site during entire event; includes parking attendant and cleanup crew

  • All alcohol provided by Emmaus Hall

All-Inclusive Party Package

In addition to everything included with our Venue Only rental, this package also includes:

  • Bartender for 5 hours 

  • Full Open Bar for 5 hours

  • DJ/MC playing customized music selections for 5 hours

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware; Desserts are not included but can be added on for an additional fee

  • Custom centerpieces: flowers and/or balloon decor for all tables

  • Linens: tablecloths, overlays, and/or runners for all tables; napkins in San Jacinto Hall

  • Decor Package: variety of decor items including wood slices, mason jars, lanterns, and chalkboard signs
