If you’re looking to “wow” your out of state or even out of country employees or guests or perhaps you’re just looking for a change of scenery, Emmaus Hall is the perfect event venue for you! We are a truly Texas venue with tons of antique decor for your guests to peruse. We are conveniently located just 5 miles from The Woodlands Waterway and have over 20 hotels within 6 miles of our venue, many of which have shuttles. With all of our rentals, you have access to your choice of hall and all of our outdoor areas. We are on 10 beautiful acres, with plenty of open space perfect for team-building or a company picnic for up to 100 guests in our rustic Lone Star Hall or up to 225 guests in our more modern San Jacinto Hall.

We know each meeting, picnic, dinner, or other event has specific requirements and requests, so, for the most part, our corporate event quotes are customized to fit your needs. However, our regular party rental may be exactly what you’re looking for!

Corporate Dinner Party Package

  • Exclusive access to 10-acre property including 3,000sqft Lone Star Hall (Existing Barn) or 6,000sqft San Jacinto Hall (New Building), several unique outdoor locations (palapa on the island, gazebo, Old Western town, outdoor bar pavilion), and stocked 2-acre pond

  • 8-hour rental: 2 hours to decorate, 5 hours of party time, and 1 hour to pack up

  • Tables (60″ round or 6′ rectangular) and chairs (white resin in San Jacinto Hall/outdoors; brown wooden in Lone Star Hall)

  • Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and anything else we provide

  • Staff member(s) on site during entire event; including cleanup crew

  • Full Open Bar

  • Bartender(s) for 5 hours

  • DJ/MC playing customized music selections

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware; Desserts are not included by can be added on for an additional fee

  • Custom centerpieces and, in December, holiday room and property decor

  • Linens: tablecloths, overlays, and/or runners for all your tables; San Jacinto Hall also includes cloth napkins

  • LED lanterns lining walkway

Corporate Lunch Party Package

  • Exclusive access to 10-acre property including 3,000sqft Lone Star Hall (existing barn) or 6,000sqft San Jacinto Hall (new building), several unique outdoor locations (palapa on the island, gazebo, Old Western town, outdoor bar pavilion), and stocked 2-acre pond

  • 5-hour rental: 1 hour to decorate, 3 hours of party time (typically 11am-2pm), and 1 hour to pack up

  • Available Monday through Friday

  • Tables (60″ round or 6′ rectangular) and chairs

  • Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and everything else we provide

  • Staff member(s) on site during entire event; including cleanup crew

  • Beer and Wine

  • Bartender(s) for 3 hours

  • Use of Bluetooth speaker and microphone

  • Buffet-Style Catering with choice of 4 different caterers, non-alcoholic beverages, and upgraded disposable dinnerware; Desserts are not included by can be added on for an additional fee

  • Custom centerpieces and, in December, holiday room and property decor

  • Linens: tablecloths, cloth napkins, overlays, and/or runners for all your tables

Lone Star Hall or San Jacinto Hall

Up to 222 Guests

$1,750 +$62.50 per person

Pricing includes sales tax. No additional service or hospitality fees added.

We can also add the following options on to any of our rentals:

  • Photo Booth $350

  • Charger Plates $1 each

  • Coffee Bar $250

If you have specific requests that don’t fit into our preset packages, contact us for a customized quote! We’ll happily work with you to try to fit your needs. This can include anything from removing the bartender to upgrading the catering and more!
